If you're just starting out and want us to build your newsletter, we're going to take care of everything including the technical setup, choosing the right software, an entire ideation process, building pages and funnels, and sorting out technical processes like segmentation, automations, and post-subscription flows.
If you already have a newsletter (or once your newly set up newsletter is ready for growth), we're going to craft custom growth and monetization strategies. Pulling all of the best-working growth levers, we're going to create a system to consistently bring high-quality subscribers while increasing the LTV of each new reader.

Letterwell is primarly a newsletter growth agency so while we'll handle everything growth-related (including copywriting for funnels), our clients usually prefer to write newsletters themselves to keep it as on-brand as possible.
That being said, if you need help with writing your weekly broadcasts or you just don't have the capacity to do so, we can help facilitate that as well.

There are some fixed costs involved in running a newsletter, the main one being the monthly fee for your Email Service Provider (ESP).
If you want to experience the best results, we recommend combining different growth levers which would involve carving out some budget for paid ads.
That being said, we'll craft you a custom monetisation strategy to bring these costs to Net 0 and later make it profitable so you'll have a positive ROI on your paid media spend.
